Operations lead

This is an interface role. We work with cross-border commerce companies who have their own operations teams, and you are the person joining the two sides.

What you will do

• Work with partner cross-border teams; day-to-day execution on the ground is yours to follow
• Bring the problems they hit in execution back to product and engineering — you are that channel
• Follow the operating rhythm of real storefronts: know where it is stuck now and what to push next
• Mediate between what a partner wants and what we can do

The value of this role is in the quality of the information. Product and engineering cannot see what happens inside a storefront each day; you can. Getting "here is where it is stuck today" right once is worth more than a requirements document.

What we look for

• You have run cross-border commerce operations and know what a store actually does all day
• You like talking to people, and talk clearly. Half of this job is dealing with someone else's team
• Fluency with tools like Claude Code. A requirement, not a bonus point
• You learn fast. Platform rules and tactics change every year; what we care about is how well you keep up
• You can turn a vague complaint into a defined problem. "This is awkward" is not a requirement; your job is to ask out the sentence behind it
